30 day challenge update: Go-to exercises

Since I have started this 30 day workout challenge I have found exercises that I truly enjoy. I thought it would be nice to share with all of you the different ones I like, as you might like them too. 

Treadmill - I really feel great after speed walking (speed - 3.5>5.5) and changing the incline for 30 minutes while I watch one of my favourite tv shows. More than a half hour starts to get boring for me.

Zumba - I make an effort to do at least one Zumba class a week. 

Sworkit - This is an app for my phone that was recommended by my friend Elisha to try. It’s free, gives you all different types of options and you can pick how long you want to exercise for. I have mostly been using this app for strength training. 

10 minute butt & thigh workout - I absolutely love this one because it is quick and challenges me. I definitely get a really good workout from doing this. From my personal experience I can only do this workout twice a week, because my muscles are sore for a couple days after. 

These are my current go-to exercises. I plan on trying yoga and possibly tae bo, but a little scared of tae bo.
