Sharing my Great News!

Hi all!

Lately I've been getting on the scale every single day. I know this may not be anybody's idea of a good time and Weight Watchers only asks that you weigh in once a week but I needed to try something different. I decided to do this awhile ago because it keeps me right on track.. and it's working!

I woke up about 15 minutes ago and stepped on the scale and I am officially at my lowest weight since starting Weight Watchers! I almost fell over.. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I know my progress has been slow over the last year from lack of dedication AND motivation but 2013 has been a completely different year than 2012. I've steadily lost as I've wanted to and have reached my goal of 1 lb per week :)

How have I been making this happen?


  • Tracking no matter what
  • Cutting back on eating food past 9pm
  • Making healthier decisions
  • Not drinking my calories
  • Working out more frequently
  • Eating breakfast EVERY.SINGLE.DAY no matter how big or small


Because of all this I am officially down 46 lbs!! Man what an amazing feeling :)

  1. That's AMAZING!! You should be proud of the hard work you've put into this. I was having a "blah" day but this is really making me focused! Congratulations!
