30 Day Challenge!

I failed at being good over the weekend. I went over points and ate late at night. NO GOOD!!

Today I am going to start a 30 day challenge! This is something I will not give up on and I know it will break my bad habit of eating late at night. I started doing these challenges last year when a coworker told me that if you do something for 30 days straight it will become a habit. It worked for me before and I need to create this new habit!

Starting today I will not be eating past 9pm unless it is a 0 pt food (Fruit or Veggies). I will keep you updated on my journey weekly :)
