30 Day Workout Challenge

Hi all,

Once again I am going to do a 30 day workout challenge! Here are the details:

What does this mean? 
For 30 days straight I am going to go out of my way to be active for at LEAST 10 minutes every single day (last time I did this I think I might have had only one 10 minute workout of the whole 30 days and that was after driving for 8 hours in that day). It is very likely I will exceed that time but 10 is the bare minimum.

Why am I doing this?
Because I've gotten in a rut that I need to get out of. A very smart coworker of mine (hi Nik!) once told me that it takes you doing something for 30 days straight to develop a habit. He inspired me to start once and I did.. and it brought on my love of working out.

Since I've moved into the apartment it has become a lot tougher to push myself to do so as there is not a gym in my building or basement ...like before... where I could just go downstairs to workout.

When am I going to start?
Today! Today is my day one :)

How do I plan on succeeding?
By pushing myself! I have many options of working out but I just need to motivate myself to actually DO it. I can Zumba, do yoga or Taebo, go power walking, use the elliptical or even the stability ball.

I know there are two days this month I will be out of town participating in an art show which will take up a lot of my day. I am going to try my hardest to do something on those two days but I know going into this it might not be possible. I will not beat myself up if I miss a day then.
