I’m up to 150 squats on my squat challenge!
Tracking is continuing to be an issue for me, I’m finding it really hard lately. This is definitely something I need to work on.
Steph: This week was good for me.. until the last few days. I got some pretty shitty news and have basically been eating my feelings. The beginning of the week was on point and I was consistently losing and am still down from where I was last week by more than 1lb... which feels great! I’m finding that I am making a lot of progress using My Fitness Pal and am really enjoying it!
On Friday Pete and I headed up to Kingston for a wedding and decided to stay from Friday-Monday. It was a blast and I really enjoyed being able to just chill out and hang with family and friends. Probably my favourite visit as we actually got to just relax and not feel rushed to get home :) Plus I got to hang out with a bunch of his friends and get to know them better which is always awesome.
Anyways I am back on track today and am not going to be emotionally eating anymore. Also, I’ve got some interesting blog posts coming so stay tuned!
