Jenn's Squat Challenge

Hey there my fellow readers! 

I have decided on sharing in more detail with all of you this challenge I took on. I tend to carry most of my weight in my lower half and I think this is a great way to tone up. I just completed one week, and my gluteus maximus (bum cheek muscles) have never hurt like this before. My thighs are also super shaky and sore, but stronger at the same time. I am feeling empowered!

By doing one week of this challenge I lost ½ inch off my saddle bags! I’m very happy about this and shocked, that part of my body is definitely my biggest insecurity. I’m really excited to see what the upcoming weeks do to make my body change even more.
