Week in Review!

Jenn: Another week has past? Holy! Time is going way to fast lately. 
I haven't been tracking but I have been eating well. I know if I had tracked the food I ate my weight would be down even more. Tracking and keeping within your daily allowance is really important for success. 
I am having a hard time doing 5 workouts a week right now. My life has been ridiculously busy lately and honestly I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. I look forward to things hopefully slowing down soon. This week I did do three very significant workouts, and I'm still super sore! So I'm happy about that. 
I miss blogging and will be back at it soon, it is something I do for ME and I really enjoy it! 
Steph: This week was aweeeeeeeeeeeesome!! I feel amazing. I started off really, really strong.. then the weekend came and I got off track again. I told myself on Monday that just because I had two bad days I wasn’t going to derail myself. I got right back on track!! Boy am I glad I did!
I am down 3.1 lbs this week!! yay! 
I am currently on day 28 of my 30 day challenge and I feel like I rocked it. I went to Zumba on Monday and pushed myself to the limit. At times I felt like I was going to fall over but I never quit.. I still gave it 150%! It paid off because the instructor called out to me THREE TIMES!!! “WHHHHHHHHOOOOWEEEE I SEE YOU!!! GO GIRL!!!” or would point and me and go “YEAH!!!”. Who knew shaking your ass could get someone so excited? haha
I’ve also decided to make a major, major change to my weight loss. I’ve decided to start using MyFitnessPal. So far I like it A LOT better than Weight Watchers. It’s also got me completely on track and since I joined on Monday I have lost 3.2 LBS... thats right.. I lost more with MFP in 2 days than in 1 week with WW.
