Week in Review!

Jenn: This week went by so fast, I managed to workout 5 times along with my squat challenge. My tracking was not perfect, definitely something I need to work on. I feel fantastic this week but I am not seeing any change on the scale yet.

Noah has been trying to walk more and more, he's doing really great. I'm very proud! We spent a lot of time walking to the park this week, the weather has been so great.

I went to the movies for the first time in a long time with my mom. We saw The Heat with Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy, this movie was so funny! I'll be watching it again when it comes out.

Here's to a better week of tracking and continuing on my workout challenge and squat challenge! I'm feeling very motivated and determined.

Steph: This week was good! It might not have reflected the way I wanted it to on the scale.. but there was still some progress! Last week I gained and then at the beginning of last week I gained more....  but I’ve lost most of that weight.. whoot! It feels good to feel back on track!

I’ve been working out and have been sticking to my calorie goals. It’s good! I’m still really enjoying my fitness pal.. it’s better in SOO many ways! I’ll post more about that later.

Anyways It’s been an insanely busy week and it’s not about to die down so I must go!
