Goals for October



So on September 30th I decided that October would be the month of change. First off, it's my favourite month of the year so it seems fitting. Plus a 1 month time frame is great for measuring your goals.

Here are some of my goals:

  1. Try all classes offered by my Zumba studio including Bowka, DOWNdawg Yoga & Butts 'N' Guts
  2. Eat cleaner, healthier meals
  3. Reach my plant nanny goal every day
  4. Be more active (workouts 3+ times a week)
  5. Feel more confident and improve my attitude

I feel that these are attainable goals. I will make sure to check in with you guys at the end of the month.

If anyone is interested in attending a Zumba class with me I'd love that! Please let me know.
