Thankfully November Challenge

I was invited to participate in the Thankfully November 30 day challenge by my friend Mary and I thought I would share it with you guys! Nothing like spreading the motivation, right?

This is a 3 part challenge and you can participate in just one or two or all. I've decided to add two of them to my routine and incorporate it in with my plank challenge. The three challenges are:
The cool thing is that they have different levels of difficulty so you can scroll through the pictures to see what the options are. I chose to do the tricep and stretching challenge.
