I am LOVING on 30 day challenges lately. It keeps me motivated and really helps me to form habits. I remember when I started doing squats I absolutely hated them. I couldn't really do too many in a row.. but now they are a staple for me!
That is why I've decided to push myself in a new yet familiar way. Here is the 30 day challenge I am currently participating in and am now on day 3!
If you are planning on doing this challenge PLEASE read the detailed instructions as one rep of the kicks/lifts is when you do both legs. Always good to make sure you're doing the exercise right to avoid injury as well.
Jenn and I were planning on starting this challenge but unfortunately on day 1 she came down with an extremely bad cold/flu. She will be starting in a few days and we will both be updating you around the 1/2 way point!
I can't wait to see the progress!
