Weekly Goals



Hi all,

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and if you're local got to enjoy some of the sparkly white stuff we had fall from the sky ;). I know most people that I know don't really enjoy the snow but I love it and think it's so pretty!

Anyways, I really need to get my butt in gear and start focusing on my health. I've really been slacking so decided to make weekly goals for myself again. I have started with small yet attainable goals. I actually started this yesterday (which was successful) and will continue until Saturday and repost new goals at that time.

Here they are!

1. Stay within 1600 calories
2. Do not eat past 9pm
3. Use the exercise bike for at least 10 minutes every single night.

I also have a new 30 day challenge on the go which you will hear about soon :)!
