Motivation Monday

Hello everyone,

Hope you've all had a nice weekend and were able to relax and catch up on some z's. I know I sure needed to! It's been a crazy week and I'm ready to get back into my routine.

I wanted to remind you all of something (I needed this reminder myself today actually).


Or week.. or month.. or year. 

Slipping on your goals or "new years resolutions"? Revisit them and think about what you could have done differently to help yourself stay on track or stay motivated. I personally had a rough week and really struggled with my goal. I asked myself this question while driving home this morning "Why do I keep trying if I'm not willing to give it 110%? What can I do to remotivate myself and get back into the right mindset?" I started thinking about a few options and ideas to get myself back on track and I will be focusing on preplanning for the remainder of the week.

Having a rough day or feeling really down? Take a few moments for yourself and just breathe. Deep breath in.. deep breath out. Clear your mind and allow yourself to calm down a bit. Feeling stressed all the time? Think of something you can do that will relax yourself. Why not try yoga? I guarantee you could find a few free videos on youtube.

These are simple fixes.. but we look at them as huge obstacles. 

Just remember that your life goes the direction you allow it to. Sometimes it doesn't feel that way but remember you have a voice .. and a choice. Choose happiness, positivity and success will follow! Allow yourself a fresh start whenever YOU see fit :).
