Weekly Goals

Hi all,

We're back with our weekly goals!

Steph's Goal: I didn't do as well as I had hoped this week. It feels really crappy :(. I've decided this week that my goal will be to do something active (more than 15 minutes) every day this week. This means I'll either go to Zumba, do yoga, hop on the spin bike, go for a power walk or have some fun with new exercises or my kettle bell. I'll keep you all informed.. I might even check in more often just to be sure I'm staying on track

Update 1: I fell really sick late Thursday night and haven't been able to do any workouts this weekend. I'm not going to push myself to do something I have no energy for and go backwards. I will reinstate this goal next week.

Jenn's Goal: I'm going to continue with the same goal as last week. I feel that setting this as my goal really motivated me to push and get a lot done. Since our real estate agent is coming really soon, I need to put all my energy into getting this house ready.

Update 1: Yay!! I'm feeling a lot more motivated this week, and getting so much accomplished. Almost time, two more days and the house will be ready. Getting the house ready to sell is a lot more work than I originally anticipated.
