Weekly Goals

Hey all,

We're back with the weekly goals and ready to be as motivated as ever! Here they are:

Steph: I've been doing really, really well with eating lately and wanted to incorporate something I truly enjoy. Yoga is something that makes me feel better physically and mentally. It helps me to clear my mind, relieve stress as well as stretch out my sore muscles. I really need to incorporate this back into my life which is why I'd like to do yoga 4-5 times next week (but will be aiming for 7).

Looking forward to this one! I will update on Friday

Jenn: I've recently lost focus on drinking enough water and eating enough power foods. This week I will be really paying attention to meeting my recommended water intake and opting for the healthy snack options. I've already made the first step yesterday while grocery shopping and didn't purchase any junk type snacks.
