No more night time snacking!



Enough is enough! My nighttime snacking has gotten to be WAYYY too much! I need to do something about it so here I am enlisting my loving readers to keep my on track.

I always say if I write it down I can do it. If I tell other people.. I can't let them down. So here I am.



Starting tonight I will absolutely NOT be eating past 9pm (other than 0 pt foods which are fruit/veggies) for 30 days straight. Like I've said in the past when you do something for 30 days straight you are developing a habit. I need this habit to stick!
