Weekly Goals

Hi all, 

This weeks goals will hopefully motivate you and also help keep us motivated and accountable. Please feel free to share your goals with us in the comments. 

Steph: goals were pretty successful last week! I've drastically increased my fruit consumption this week and I'm loving all the fresh produce in the fridge. My fitbit crapped out on me last week but I have a replacement now and have been going hard regardless! Here's to another good week ahead! 

Here are my goals:

1. Using plant nanny to ensure I'm consuming the correct amount of water everyday. 
2. Fruit with breakfast every day. 
3. Going to the gym minimum 4 times this week. 

Whoot! I got this! 

Jenn: I didn't stick to my goals last week like I had intended to, not going to let it bring me down. This week I am setting some new goals, and feeling motivated. 

1. Using my water tracker (Plant Nanny) and drinking the right amount of water per day. 
2. No bread, removing bread from my diet on week one back on setting goals made a big difference, so I want to do it again. 
3. Deciding on a 30 day challenge to start Aug 1st, stay tuned!
