Get up and GO!

What are you doing riiiight now?

Thinking about doing something? Maybe thinking about getting up and being active? Why not just get it over with and go to the gym RIGHT NOW.

If you've been keeping up with my weekly goals you'll see that I'm getting my butt to the gym at least four times this week. Today Pete and I went on a super long but fun trail walk!
