Weekly Goals

Hey all,

Just checking in with our weekly goals. Here they are:

Jenn: This week was a flop! Both children got sick and I got sick. I managed to keep up with my 30 day challenge, but did not accomplish my other goals that I had set.

I am still feeling a lot of congestion and fatigue but I do have some new goals for this week and I'm so excited about them.
1. I am going to make 2/3 meals using the Paleo diet guidelines.
2. No snacking past 9pm. 
3. Sticking with my 30 day challenge. 

Steph: This week was a bit hard as I was on vacation and there was so much temptation. We also went out for some amazing dinners and just couldn't resist. I did end up having breakfast almost every single day though. I have also been keeping up with my steps so I'm also happy with that :).

Here are my goals for next week:

1. Keeping up with my Fitbit 12,500 all green challenge
2. Tracking all of my foods before eating them
3. Getting at least four 30+ minute workouts in

Looking forward to the next week and also looking forward to checking in next week with a successful goal check!
