Weekly Goals

Hey folks!

Hope your weekend was amazing and that you got to enjoy the warm weather :).

I have to admit my goals last week weren't great but I was pretty active so I'm still pretty proud of myself. I also bought a battery for my scale so treating today as a fresh start and going to strive to achieve my goals.

Here they are:

1. Stay as focused on possible as weight watchers. Including using all of their tracking devices in the app
2. Being active at least 4 days this week for 30+ mins each time
3. Tracking my main meals at least 2 days in advance :)

The last one may seem a bit odd but it will help me to stay on track, not eat out and also keep track of what is in my kitchen :).

If you're setting goals this week I'd love to hear them! I'm also going to be setting a new 30 day challenge realllly soon so stay tuned!
